wow 32 cpus but I can not read the bios info from the dump. Could not read the time out but it was very fast (6 clock ticks) this would mean that the tiime out is likely communications from one cpu to another. ie hung cpu core.
to debug, you need to change the memory dump type to kernel, wait for next crash, then upload the memory.dmp file. It will contain the correct debug info for this problem.
note:
-common reason for me not to be able to read bios from a dump would be very old bios version installed on the machine.
-common reason for this bugcheck would be a plug and play attempting to install a driver on one cpu core while something is attempting to use the driver on another core. (if the install on the first core fails for some reason then the second core calls a bugcheck thinking the first core has failed. Generally, in control panel, device manger you would see a caution Icon next to the failed device install.
debugger can read the proper info on a kernel dump.
z790 motherboard, I should be able to read proper dump info.
i would not install asus armory crate. disable in bios.
update the bios to the current version or reset the bios to defaults and disable armory crate and reboot.
