Random Delay "lag"

I have recently gotten "delays" in games where the multiplayer game wouldn't respond for a second or stop and teleport me they way I was heading. It happens every 10min. Or so. My computer works fine. Here are my specs
CPU: AMD 8350x
GPU: GTX 750ti
RAM:16GB
Plenty of room on harddisk and I'm using available ram to my games

does it happen in every MP games?

It might just be a program on your pc that does something.
Run HWmonitor or MSI Afterburner while playing to see if there is any changes on usage/temps on the cpu, gpu, memory etc, when the lag occur.
