Random drive in "This PC"

Hello,

A random drive has appeared on my machine. It is titled titled "Local Disk" (same as C drive) and is assigned to E.

The drive does not show up within the disk management tool or the drive optimisation tool for windows.

When I click on the drive to go into it I get an "Access Denied" message.

My machine: Windows 10

This happened after the 1803 April update?
