random E: drive popped on my drives list after win10 update and it onl has 400mb

That is one of the System partitions.

Go into Disk Management, and simply remove that drive letter.
Just the drive letter...not the actual partition.

Not knowing whether it was a drive or partition, or what one it was.....there is no way for anyone to tell.

Right click on the leftmost partition...the E
Select Change drive letter or path.
Remove the drive letter.

Done

When I right click here. My only option is "Help".. Something I am missing?
