Question Random error about "tor.exe"?

So I was just watching youtube videos and an error popped up saying "Windows cannot find 'C:Users\loffe\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Tor\tor.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again."

So I know the tor browser is used for getting on the "deep web". I've never touched it but have heard of it... Why did this pop up? Is it a virus or something? I wasn't doing anything to prompt up the message either. Heres what it looks like:
