I opened My Computer today, to find that I have a new F drive, I have no idea where it came from. It's only 256mb, and has 170mb available now. When i try to open it, it gives me an access denied error and when I go to the security tab to give myself access there is none.

Open Disk Management
Verify that it is just another partition on your physical C drive.

This is a common occurrence following the 1803 April Win 10 update.
It is a System partition, mistakenly given a drive letter.

Assuming it is just a System partition, remove that drive letter.
