Random f4 BSOD

Hello there, I have a strange situation. I am getting random f4 BSOD's. Below is the crash dump. I have done several fresh installs of Win7 Ent x64 with the drivers provided by the manufacturer. Also see below system information . Thanks in advance for your help!

Download and run SPECCY to give us your specs. What make / model computer is this?
Lastly, your saying Windows ENT, this is exclusively for businesses and thus would direct you to your company IT dept.

My computer is a Eurocom Electra
My company IT manager allowed me to use our company license. This is a personal computer.
When I say f4 error, I mean the bug check code is 0x000000f4.

Just run it, then highlight the text on the first panel and paste it here. ntoskrnl.exe is the actual core of Windows which failed and crashed. Normally, as you did, you reinstall Windows CLEAN. Now when you install is this a image your IT Manager provided or is this a disk with Windows, then install drivers separately? If your HDD is failing this would be a indicator too, but usually a good test is to download and then boot from a DBAN CD, to wipe the drive clean (intense operation), if the HDD or mobo is failing you will see it error or take a unrealistic amount of time to just 'wipe' a drive.

Side note: Your IT Manager should be FIRED immediately. First it is a cost for the company for each seated license of the software, so it was the equivalent of him walking into your Finance/HR department, taking out $200 and handing it to you to go buy Windows at the company expense. Second it violates the terms of agreement between your Company and Microsoft, and if the Business Software Alliance (which represents software companies as a whole and retains lawyers) got wind, it would fine the company, the IT manger personally AND yourself for the cost of Windows Enterprise x3 plus a additional $5000 for attorney fees (which can go up if they have to do more then file against you, say you want a day in court, then your really racking up the bill for their attorney's YOU will have to personally file).

If you discuss that with the IT Manager, they will tell you basically they aren't going to report it, but Microsoft does audits all the time, especially for licensing, and if they determine a copy is stolen (because your connecting that computer to the Internet it needs to register the info for licensing with Microsoft, including make, model, username created, IP from when registered, etc.) you know the outcome.

If your GOVERNMENT (looking at your name) this is even MORE serious, and Military related has EXTREME consequences if the IG gets involved. Just a word to the warning.

Oh, I didn't mean the computer is exclusively personal; it was provided by the company for me as a work computer, but the IT manager said I would be able to use it for school work as well if I needed (programming and the like)

The image I installed was on a cd my IT manager provided and the drivers were on a cd from the manufacturer (Eurocom).
