Question Random flickering when browsing but not when gaming ?

this is my spec

CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
mobo: Aorus B450 ELITE
RAM : 32gb corsair vengeance 3600mhz
GPU : Colorful RTX 2060
SSD : 500gb M.2 Western Digital Black
PSU : SeaSonic Core-GM-650
Monitor: Gamdias Atlast Curve Monitor

When I am browsing only, i get a random flicker but when I am playing games. there is no flicker at all.
the flicker is like browser background or whole whole screen? randomly flick very fast i can explain it.
If I am playing a game, there is no flicker at all.

How do I fix this? my mind said its probably virus but idk, i have bitdefender installed tho.

Anyone knows how can I resolve this?
I already downloaded the latest gpu driver from their official site

I already downloaded the latest gpu driver from their official site
You source the drivers from Nvidia's support site, here. At the time of writing, the latest driver version is 527.37. As for the PSU, how old is the unit? BIOS version for your motherboard? What version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you working with?

PSU is 2years old
Downloaded the lastest driver now
Bios Version F63d
Windows version - Windows 10 Pro 22H2


Still the same, random black flickering when browsing but not when playing games.
