Random fps drops and stuttering while playing games

For some reason i get random fps drops to around 2 fps for a second or two and then it will bounce back up to around 140-200fps in csgo.
My PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 3 2200g
EVGA 1050ti
MSI B350 Tomahawk mobo
EVGA 500w psu
Ballistix Sport LT 4GB 2666Mt/s RAM
120gb kingston SSD

Does anyone know what might be causing this? Is it my small amount of RAM?

It may be your ram. Could you open resource monitor and check how much empty memory you have available? I know windows (if that’s the os you’re on) uses quite a bit of it.
