I've been getting awful fps drops lately. For example, while playing Destiny 2, i normally get around 100 fps. Lately when I play, fps drops to 30, then to 7. Eventually, my whole screen goes black, and the sound is distorted, and by that I mean it's just continuous noise. At that point there is nothing I can do and I have to restart my pc.
When the whole thing happens, my cpu and gpu usage and temperatures stay normal, nothing really changes. Temperatures are stable at 50-70C and don't go higher. Usage is 20-60%. Ram usage when this last happened was 79%.
I cleaned my whole pc like a month ago - including all the fans.
I have:
cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
gpu: Nvidia GTX 1660S
motherboard: MSI B450M Pro M2 Max
ram: 2x8GB DD4 3200 with XMP
drives:
SSD ADATA SX8200PNP 500GB NVMe (this is where Windows 10 is installed)
HDD TOSHIBA HDWD110 1000GB
