Random FPS Drops in Every Game I play.

I got this rig about 5-6 months ago and ever since I started playing games on it, it has these unbearable frame drops around every 5-10 seconds. As you can imagine, this is quite frustrating. I'm just looking for any slither of help because I spent quite a lot of money on this and it is very annoying. At the time of writing this, yesterday I cleaned out all the dust an re-applied a new coat of thermal paste. As far as I know it is not;
-Dust build-up
-Lack of thermal compound/paste
-Core parking
-Low CPU usage
-No loose parts
-Graphics being too high

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

AMD FX(tm)-9590 Eight Core Processor

16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

ASRock 990FX Killer

1000W Aerocool XPredator 1000G

Do you get similar frame drop behaviour in a benchmark like MSI Kombuster?

Or is it 'only' in games?

At this point it could be anything from a potential failing PSU to a faulty wall socket or PC Power cable.

You running through surge protector power adapter or anything? If so try without.

You need to use HWMonitor to show the CPU and GPU usage and temps.

Also, What games and specs?
