Question Random fps drops in games

I am recently getting sudden frame drops in games for like 0.5-1 seconds in games which gets a bit annoying sometimes when it gets frequent, it mostly occurs in gta 5.
My setup is
i7-9700 k
rtx 2070
corsair 8x2 gb ram 3200 mhz
My graphic drivers are latest, Any solutions?

i use seagate barracuda hdd for games but i have c: in ssd
PSU: Corsair vs650 80+ white grey unit
Chassis:Coolermaster mb511
Os : windows 10 pro
There is little to no random frame drops in monster hunter world and just a tiny bit like once within every 20 minute in witcher 3
Edit: i m now getting sound stuttering(that brrrrr sound with normal audio) in assassins creed origins
