Every few minutes I get a sudden FPS drop/spike that makes almost every game unplayable.
Running h1z1 on mixed High-Ultra settings with an average of 60-80 fps suddenly drops to 10-20 every now and then, making the game unplayable for 5-10 seconds. I understand alot of people have this but I think its different for me.

Things I tried already:
Check for malware and viruses - none found
Unpark cores - nope
Disabled all Nvidia Audio Devices - still spiking
Disabled Cool and quiet in the bios - 0 changed

Note:

When im playing the game and get the fps drop my cpu changes from using 70% or so to like 30% and when its gon it goes back to 70%

I just got a new pc and really want to fix this, all help is appreciated.

Solution
edit:

the temps of the cores of the CPU are not the problem. The problem is that the CPU overloads the motherboard and therefore the clock speed drops.

Read on the ASRock webpage by yourself, that if a CPU more than 95W is installed (FX8350 >125W) it´s recommended that a TOP down Blower cooler should be installed. Because the components (VRMs) need to be cooled too.
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme3%20R2.0/?cat=CPU

if it´s a new PC, I suggest that you replace the motherboard with something like this:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga990fxaud3
or
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga990xaud3

Both of these are equipped with 8+2 phase CPU VRM power design for AMD high-TDP CPU support

Have youupdated your GPU drivers? H1Z1 is still an alpha right? If your drivers are up to date try lowering the graphics settings. Keep in mind that when a game s still in alpha it hasnt ben optimized yet. Games like dayZ and Ark still make the high end systems struggle simply because of the lack of optimization. If your PC can run other games that are complete games at good settings without FPS drops then nothing is wrong with your system.

Good luck!!

You drivers are up to date? Can you post the specs of your rig?

Yes they did, but they seem to get worst,

Computer Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Red LED
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
Processor: AMD FX-8350, 4,0 GHz (4,2 Turbo Boost)
Memory: Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1600
Hard Drive: Seagate Desktop SSHD, 1 TB
Monitor: benQ XL2411z (144hz)
Video Card: GIGABYTE GV-N970G1 <3
Headphones: Razer Kraken 7.1
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Chroma <3
Mouse: Razer deathadder 2013
Mouse Surface: SteelSeries QcK Gaming Mouse Pad (Black)
Operating System: Windows 7.1

which power supply?

which cpu cooler?

run afterburner while gaming. Check the cpu clock if a fps drop happens. Might be the voltage regualator modules (VRM) running hot. if so, the clock would drop to 1600MHz or less

Did you update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version 1.60?
flash in BIOS not in windows!

8pin ATX12V connector is plugged into the motherboard and not just a 4pin?

the 970 is connected to power correctly?

ok, I did the stresstesting and checke with hardware monitor because the other program didnt work for my cpu and now the clocks are doing weird sometimes they go to like 1397 and then they jump back to 3991, the temps didnt really go higher as 45 tho
