Recently I started having problems with FPS drops, I'm always playing different games and some end up having random drops to 0 FPS, they are heavy games like Middle Earth Shadow of War, where my VGA was practically 100% usage, Rainbow Six Siege, which it's average usage, and currently on Bioshock Remaster where it barely exceeds 30% of my VGA usage. These are some I faced this problem recently.
I've already checked the temperature of the components with MSI Afterburner and the maximum I see currently is around 76º, in games that are heavier, of course.
In some other games I end up not seeing these problems, such as rocket league and fortnite, I play them constantly and there was never such a problem.
An interesting factor is that these mentioned games, where the FPS drop problem are all from Steam, but I don't know how the problem would be linked to the platform.
Playing bioshock at 2560x1080(GPU at 30% to 40% usage). Using the task manager open on the other monitor, I visualized that when the game crashed, my GPU would stay at 100% for seconds, then at 0% and then back to normal.

HD: 1TB Seagate;
SSD: 1TB SSD Adata XPG SX6000, M.2 / 240GB Kingston A400, SATA;
Power supply: XPG Core Reactor, 750W, 80 Plus Gold Modular.
