[SOLVED] random fragments appear all over screen

Random black boxes/fragments have been appearing all over my screen (not while on the desktop and some programs) and move when I type or move my mouse etc. or just on their own. Its been going on for awhile but i could never find a solution.

when I'm on chrome it pops up all over at random but when I open a game it'll either be all over it, split diagonally with boxes, etc.

When i disable my graphics card/the driver the display still works fine and the boxes don't appear but they come right back when I re enable it.

Please help; +I don't have another graphics card to test + my RMA for the card has expired:/

You're experiencing some artifacts from your graphics card. Reinstall drivers and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then your GPU is almost dead. Hope this helps
