Question Random Frame Drops in all games

So lately I get on any game on my computer and after couple minutes of playing I get consecutive frame drops for a few seconds the the game goes back to its running frame rate, I clean installed windows again, updated all drivers, and ran many game optimizations but still no luck. I get a steady 60 frames in most games 1080p at medium to high settings and then it dips to around 15 - 20 for that few seconds

• 16 gb ram
• GTX 1060 6gb superclocked
• 500 gb samsung ssd
• 1tb hitachi hardrive 7200rpm
• 60hz monitor

Latest BIOS for your motherboard?Make and model of your PSU and it's age? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers? Which version of your OS are you on?

Not sure about my Bios but the psu is a 500w 80+ gold EVGA was bought almost 1 year and a half ago and I’m running Win 10 pro 1809 version 17763.379
