Question Random Frame Drops in game

Hey y'all. I keep getting the most random frame drops in my games. In particular, in my fighting games like Tekken 7, And Street Fighter 6. The games can't run at a consistent 60fps. I don't have a clue what the problem is. I even lowered the graphic settings from 1080p to 720p and I'm still getting the same frame drops. It's annoying because I never had this problem with any of my games before. I used to be able to stream and play games without the frames dropping but I can't do that now. All of my drivers are updated as far as I know. Can somebody please help me?

Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time?

As for your platform, you could try and see if removing all GPU drivers from your system using DDU and then manually reinstalling the latest GPU drivers in an elevated command, ie. Right click installer>Run as Administrator, helps alleviate the issue.
