Random frame drops in most games associated with gpu clock dropping!

Hi, after upgrading my computer, replacing most parts except.(GPU,PSU and storage drives). I've been getting frame drops that makes the games really annoying to play especially in league of legends.)

Specs:
-I5 8400
-R9 380X
-Mobo:Gigabyte z370P d3
-2X8Gb ram Corsair lpx 2133mhz
Psu: Cooler master thunder 600w
-240GB Samsung evo 850 ssd
-Seagate 1TB hdd
WINDOWS 10

I've tested alot and here are some msi afterburner graphs, I've noticed that my gpu core clock drops alot in league of legends associated with frame drops.

Do you have your computer on the "High Performance" power profile? Are you using the latest AMD drivers for your GPU, downloaded from AMD.com?

Yup all my drivers up to date and tried all power modes

Ok sounds like everything seems fine. So what kind of frame drops are we talking about here (like what fps from and to). Heaven looked like it ran ok, what fps did you get and did you notice the drops there?

In overwatch it goes from a good 60-70 to around 40 for a moment and its really annoying.

In heaven it ran kinda stable. max 130 fps and min 27 and average 47-58

Haven't had these drops before the upgrade.(Using Ethernet)

I've tried turning as much as possible off in taskmanager.

Try turning off Windows Game Bar and Game Mode.

Its in Settings, Gaming, then turn off Game Bar and then Game mode. See what happens.

I'm assuming you installed all your motherboard's specific drivers, especially the LAN driver?

Game was already off and did not nothing, and got all mobo drivers except these but I dont think they are needed:
