Question Random Freeze and restart loop troubleshooting

Dear PC Gods/doctors,

SOME INFO:
I'm having a lot of issues with my PC lately.
Here is my config to start with:

• Intel core i5 4670k with AIO Kraken X42
• MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
• Gygabite RTX 2080
• 16 Gb RAM

I know I have a rather big CPU bottleneck, I'm working on that
But until I do buy a new CPU, motherboard & RAM, I would like to be able to continue using my PC. Right now it's almost impossible to game on this.


MY PROBLEM:
When I play for example Call Of Duty Modern Warfare, my PC just freezes completely. It happens after 20-30 min in game. When it is frozen, there is nothing I can do to get it back, the only fix is to keep that power button pressed. When I restart my computer, All fans start spinning, RGB light goes on for 1-2s and evrything shutdowns again. It will then automatically try to restart, but after 1-2s it will shut down again. It goes on like that for about 30s-1 min when finally everything boots up again.

MY QUESTION:
Which hardware part is failing? Is this a hardware issue ? Can I find some logs somewhere on windows 10 that could help me find the issue ?

PSU is Corsair RM750
CPU temp is max 50°C and GPU like 60-65
