Random freeze and sound stutter

.For many months i have been facing an issue with freezes and sound stuttering. It seems to only happen when the gpu utilization and power spikes to 100

Specs
Os windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Gpu gtx 690
Cpu intel core i7 4770
700 watt power supply
8gb ram
Motherboard gigabyte h 110

Hi there RALDR,

What are you doing when these spikes occur? Are you playing games or just browsing?

Several things you can try:
- Update your GPU drivers.
- Measure your system's temps.
- Try to take your GPU out and see if the issue persists.(you have integrated one)
- Run some stress testing.
- The last thing you can try is to troubleshoot your PSU. Unfortunately, the easiest way to do so is to borrow a PSU from somebody and see if the issue persists.

These spikes usually happen while im playing games but also when i am watching videos.

Have you performed the troubleshooting steps?
