Question Random freeze with sound still working

i pair 1080ti with 3770 and i get random freezes is it bottlenecking? while screen freezes the sound still wirking sometime the screen just all green, if i waited long enough i can press ctrl+alt+del and task manager pop out.
what possibly wrong with it?

mobo ASUS P8P67-V
memory corsair vengeance ddr3 1600 8gb
psu coolermaster v850
gpu aorus gtx 1080ti waterforce xtreme edition.
ssd 256 toshiba.
hdd 4tb wdred.
monitor tv sharp 42 inch 1080p 60hz maybe 1milion ms refresh rate lol

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe system performance.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for any error codes or warnings that correspond with the random freezes.

See what you can do to narrow down the circumstances and involved hardware. Are you able to swap in any known working components without any freezes?

if i put the gpu to other motherboard it's work normally never freeze. It's only freezes on the old asus mobo. but if i put my 1060 to the asus p8p67 it's working just fine.
