Question random freezes-application not responding for 10-15 seconds

Hello since yday my pc started freezing,i hard to hard reset to open it again.I tried to install clean windows again but while installing every process was lagging.Then i tried to install on another SSD and installation was succeded.However those freezes keep appearing for 10-15 seconds when i try to run an application or do an action.Once there were also a sound like a phone like tu tu tu tu while the froze begun for 15 seconds.At this point im not even sure if its hard disk problem or what else could it be.Any help is welcome.Thermals for cpu and gpu look fine so its not cpu throttling,can it be ram?

No not at all,only xmp on ram but its been like that for 3 years.no overlock on cpu or gpu.im starting to believe its PSU problem.any more help would be appreciated

no more than 3 years old,however VS corsair series are not the best.the thing is how to identify myself that its the PSU,if thats the case sure i can order new but at this point might be also mobo?

Try replacing your PSU with a quality make/model, then check system. A failing PSU can definitely cause the types of symptoms you have experienced.

something else that i witness is when i try to plug some usb sticks on ports it triggers the freezing and and a beeping sound 3 times tu tu tu come in throught headset.
