I'm running Windows 7 x64
CPU : AMD Phenom II x4 925 2.8ghz
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7850
PSU: APEVIA ATX-CB700W 700W
HDD : Hitachi HDS721010CLA
Mobo: ASUS M4N68T-M V2

A few months ago my PC would start randomly freezing during videogames, requiring a hard reset. After a few weeks the freezing became more frequent and it started to freeze not only with videogames but with youtube videos and occasionally casual web browsing. When the PC freezes I cannot boot it back up for atleast another ten minutes (It wont even POST).
I have been trying to find what has been causing this for some time now. My PC will still freeze when I use the onboard chipset, so I am fairly certain it is not my GPU. I have replaced both my RAM and PSU so they are not the cause either. I have formatted my HDD and even used a completely different HDD without success. My CPU is not overheating and sits around 46C.
I went to go flash my BIOS but it froze before I could even select EZ Flash (lucky it didnt freeze while it was being updated) so I don't feel comfortable trying to flash the BIOS.

I am at my wit's end and would really appreciate any help I can get.

Solution
Your motherboard seems to be weaken, It happens when Electronic parts gets too old or funky - strongly effected by dust or the environment around them then IC's start causing problems with the board, they can cause damage to your processor or can create bad sectors in your hard drive If this issue continue persisting.
Bad Sectors - When your pc keeps freezing and restarting some check disk utilities can create dump files which becomes harmful for a healthy hard drive.

What you can do, change the cell of the board to see If the problem solves or check If some ram is causing the problem chances for these are less when the board is causing the issue.

Pick Dell If low on budget. They are also long lasting boards.

Why the urgency? Could it damage my other parts?
And I'm not even sure what motherboard I should even buy. I don't know what would work with my other parts except for my current motherboard.
