Question Random Freezes while running the PC

Sometimes while working on the PC, it suddenly freezes for 5 - 10 seconds , and I hear from my case the sound that it produces while turning it on, I can hear this sound even when I'm not using the PC, it doesn't really affect the PC's performance, but it's annoying from time to time, and annoys me while playing some games, and I wonder what may cause such problem ?

I mean the noise, it is from the fan or hdd?

I don't know but the noise is exactly the same sound that the computer makes when turning it on, so I assume it might be the HHD

Is there a curtain program I could use to do so, or do you recommend one ?

I used hard disk sentinel to see the health of my disks, show the health of the SSD to be 98 % and the other 2 HHD to be 100 %
