Question Random Freezing and Temperatures rising after formatting

I have been using windows 11 for 6-7 months I had no issues since yesterday, yesterday I formatted my pc I was planning to go linux Pop! os and I couldnt make some drivers work I formatted my pc again this time I reinstalled windows 11 and when It had finished after 5 minutes I started to get random freezing, now keep in mind I am using a dual monitor setup and the main monitor freezes for a couple seconds and I can move my mouse to display 1 but I cant see it till It unfreezes and my idle temps was like 45-55 at most (I am using a laptop) but now Its at 75 while Its not even underload the usage was normal but It was laggy so I reformatted again to windows 11 and I thought It was gone It was a bad drive maybe (I reinstalled the windows 11 iso to my flash disk) and Its bothering me a lot, Now I will try to switch back to windows 10 but any suggestions?? I dont like to switch back to windows 10.
