Question Random freezing but only on Windows desktop ?

Hello.
Nothing happens while gaming, browsing on the web, etc, whenever I go back to the desktop there is a high chance of this freeze for a second or two.
Temperatures are ok, CPU usage is ok, SSD seems %99 healthy, and no problems are found, I currently run on balanced power, no bloatware is running in the background, only MSI afterburner.
Specs,

Ryzen7 3750h 3.6ghz
16gb RAM,
RX5500m GPU
512GB SSD
300GB free space
