Question Random freezing ----- CPU problem ?

System :
CPU - i5-9400F
GPU - GTX 1070 8GB
RAM'S HyperX Fury 2x8gb 2666Mhz
PSU : Deepcool DEPOv2 500W
SSD - 240GB M.2
Motherboard - Asus Prime H310-M R2.0

Problem :
I don't know if it's cpu problem but pc freezes randomly for 1-5seconds then my cpu goes to 100%. After 1-5secs it unfreezes then drops to 50% or less ?

How old is the PSU in your build? I'd try and source a donor PSU with higher wattage to rule out your PSU being the source of the issues. As for the unit itself, I'd have chosen a higher quality and wattage unit to have peace of mind as opposed to running on the edge with the wattage of that unit.

Hello and thank you for your response its an brand new psu. Bought 2weeks ago.

P.S also i have fps drops in valorant aswell i don't know if it's psu
