Random Freezing in Games with 95-100% CPU load and 95-100% GPU Load

Recently, in all games my computer will randomly freeze for maybe a quarter of a second before resuming. I've noticed that my GPU and CPU are both maxed out at all times when playing. My temps are well within acceptable. I've checked in task manager and the game itself takes up about 90% CPU usage. Please help!

Specs:
Intel i5-7600k (no OC)
Nvidia gtx 1060 6gb (no OC)
8gb 2400mhz ddr-4
Sata SSD

Yes, I've run a McAfee LiveSafe full scan. I have the latest drivers for my GPU, however, when I use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant it doesn't detect my CPU at all and I'm unable to install the latest Intel HD Graphics 630. It says that my system does not meet the minimum requirements.

Ok, I just installed the chipset driver from this website: http://

But still no change in the detection of my cpu and the Intel HD Graphics driver is still saying your system does not meet minimum requirements

You definitely have a driver problem. I would almost try a new Windows 10 clean install at this point.
