Question Random Freezing Issues

So I've been having some issues with my computer freezing at random times. when playing games or simply watching videos. I would be happy if you could help me to figure out what causes this, so i can fix it. Thanks!
Spec List:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
Ram: 32GB (4x8Gb) DDR4 3200Mhz
Mobo: ASUS ROG Strix X570-F Gaming
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 SUPER
OS Drive: Intel 660p 1TB M.2 SSD
Second Drive: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU: Corsair HX750, 750W, (Modular)(Platinum rated)
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Have you monitored CPU and GPU temps under load?
Do you have latest Windows updates installed and is it a legitmate windows (sorry, have to ask)?
Do you have latest drivers installed (including MB/Chipset drivers - not using a third party driver updater app).
Do you have latest BIOS installed?
Does the freezing still occur in safe mode or clean boot state?
Are you running any overclock or XMP at all?

Can you describe the freeze a bit more, what do you have to do to overcome it?

I have not monitored the temps under load. What is a good way to do that?

The Windows should have the latest updates, and is legitimate.

I was missing the CPU driver, which i just installed. Maybe that will help?

I haven't checked if it occurs in safe mode

I not touched any kind of overclocking.

Now when a freeze occurs my second monitor glitches for a split second, then goes black.
The image on my main monitor simply freezes and i can't move my cur cursor or anything.
Then the computer restarts by itself,after a little while, unless i hit the reset button of course.
