16gb ram
MSI Mech OC rx 5700xt gpu
AMD radeon 2700 cpu
Gigabyte A320M-S2H Motherboard
Aero cool integrator OEM 500w 80+ bronze psu
Issue:
My computer will randomly freeze. It doesn't matter what I am doing and as far as I can tell it happens completely at random. When it does freeze, I can still hear sound and see the screen, but nothing is moving the mouse will stop responding and so will the keyboard. I end up having to reboot the computer using the power button on the case.
Also, something that may be relevant - amd will sometimes crash with an error message stating "amd driver bug" nothing seems to solve this issue but maybe totally unrelated.
Things ive tried:
Updated the bios
Updated all drivers
Running latest gpu driver
Running latest windows 10 update
Still no change. I am at the stage where I am debating if I should just take a hammer to it or not
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
