[SOLVED] Random game lag

As of a couple weeks ago when I am playing r6s or csgo some days I have really bad rubber banding with low ping but when I log back in a couple hours later it has fixed itself, my pc is hard wired and the ram isnt the issue nor the graphics card. someone please help before i smash my router.

Sounds like packet loss. Run a few speed tests to multiple servers and check the results. Could just be your isp.
