Random gray dot on my screen dime sized

Hello for some reason I get this gray dot all the time on my screen never seen anything like this. I know its not my monitor because I see it when I remote connect to the pc as well. Anyone have an idea? It also shows through everything if I open another window I can see it still. Thanks for the help.

go into your BIOS and see if it shows up in there. if it does not then it may be a problem with your GPU. uninstalling and reinstalling the graphic drivers may help
