Random Green dot on my monitor

So one of my monitors has the one random green dot on it. I dont think it has anything to do with my computer because if I disconnect it, it stays there, even after turn the monitor off and on again. I've had this monitor for almost a month and haven't had any issue until now.

you got yourself a lazy pixel, not much to do about it, there are some things you can try, not guaranteed they'll help


the fastest and easiest thing you could try is running this program (or something similar) http://www.jscreenfix.com/

another thing you can try is gently applying pressure to the pixel while restarting your screen

Nothing has worked so far, is there anyway a local place would be able to fix it. Really want to save a return for a last resort.

to fix, no, they'd have to switch the whole screen, some companies dont even exchange if a pixel is death, but you should try it out

Is it possible that they disappear after awhile after being left alone?
