Random guy's PC connected to mine..?

Ok, I am lost here. What the * is going on 😀 I saw this PC twice, now again. Is it a hacker or something? Hope it's not a noob question 😀

EDIT: Tried going to properties and tracking his IP - UK Ministry of Defence... GG Boys

You need to post a little more information.
Where are you "seeing" the random PC connected? To your WiFi? On your network? In your Windows domain?
How are you connected? What is your network infrastructure?

Seems like he is able to connect to your home network. I would first change the password to a much more complicated password. Also, try banning that specific IP, if you want. Chances are, changing the password & Network ID name should eliminate this "martin-pc"

My router, the one the ISP told me to buy. It was defective so I sent it to a service to get inspected and now while I wait I was given a Wi-Fi adapter which I use currently and on while having the router and now, while having the adapter, I see this guy's PC listed again.

Have changed the default password? Change the SSID and don't broadcast it. Also make sure you're using WPA2 Personal for security. If the router allows it, employ MAC filtering or an ACL.
