random hard drive appeard again after i took it out

so my hard drive E: didn't work anymore so i took it out of my computer. But now its reappeared saying its almost full but nothing is on it??? help me plz. and if i go to disk management it shows it but i cant delete it. only option is to click help

That's not your old drive.
That is a System partition, that has mistakenly been assigned a drive letter.

You may need to use diskpart (commandline) to remove that drive letter.
