random hd radeon buy worth it?

Yeah so there's a local seller that sells a hd radeon gpu but he doesn't know which model it is. And i made a deal to buy it for 20$ so is it worth it? please if someone knows the model help

100$ for 960 or 50$ for 660ti which would be the best to buy
