random increas in heat

So yesterday I cleaned my pc because it was getting dusty inside after 4 months of nearly daily use and I just noticed something: Normally while playing overwatch my gpu reaches about 51-53 degrees. Today was the first time playing after cleaning it and suddenly it shot up to 59 degrees.
I cleaned the gpu with a small piece of cloth and later a brush used to clean camera lenses(no, no brush bits were pullled out and left in the gpu). although it is considered blasphemy in the pc world, I used my vacuum cleaner on the lowest power possible above my pc to suck up all the dust that I brushed off. I was very very careful with cleaning but I have no explanation for the heat. all fans work fine.

Is this fine or should I get worried?

Also, another quick question: is it normal for my cpu to reach 50 degrees with the stock cooler?

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 1500x
Motherboard: Asus B350 Plus
GPU: ASUS Rog Strix GTX 1060 O6G
Case: BitFenix Nova Black Window[strike][/strike]
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 10 CM 500W
RAM: 2X Kingston ValueRAM KVR21N15S8/8
HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX, 1TB
Extra case fan: Noctua NF F12 PWM, 120MM (blows air directly under the gpu fans)

Solution
Those temps are well within safe limits and no where near the max temps although I'm not sure why your GPU temp is higher after cleaning it out if all the fans are working.

Has the ambient temp changed? New drivers? Patch for the game that might have put more load on it?

Did you rearrange anything that might have changed air flow around the GPU and/or air inlet or exhaust? Cables, fans, etc?

no recent updates.

I mean obviously some cables moved a bit but its all still in the same location.

PROBLEM FOUND: I accidentally put the casefan backwards when I was finished cleaning so it was sucking air in instead of blowing out the heat. rookie mistake XD
