Question Random lag spikes, all temps are normal

Hello!

Today while playing my PC randomly shutdown. Turned it back on without any issues, but now I get random lag spikes in game, it also seems like it is running a bit slower in windows too sometimes.

Checked GPU/CPU temps while playing, they are completeley normal.
Installed a fresh version of Windows 11, no changes.
This system have been working since 2018, no changes have been made apart from new GPU in 2019.
Literally just started today out of the blue.


i9 9900K
Asrock Extreme4
Nvidia 2080 SUPER
16GB RAM

Any ideas?
