Question Random lag spikes for no reason

So for about 6 months now ive been experiencing random lag spikes for no reason, it doesnt matter what im doing. A restart seems to fix it so I dont think its to do with overheating.

b360m ds3h
rx 570
masterwatt lite 500w
2tb HDD
120gb SDD
16gb DDR4

cpu temp is around 32c to 36c
I have no idea about gpu temps
disk usage seems to be stable at around 1-5%
and no malware
