I get this random lag when playing or browsing, its very quick like 1sec or less and occuring randomly.
Example i watch youtube for music and browsing social media, I notice the youtube playing video gets stutter lag for a sec or less.

Im thinking someone is remotely watching my pc? idk maybe im just paranoid.
I have bought bitdefender tho, idk if its enough protection.

Can anyone help me? how do I tell the culprit of this random lag?

Happy New Year!

Might want to add a video of the issue happening to help corroborate what you're seeing/experiencing. You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. While doing so, please add the age of the PSU and the BIOS version for your motherboard. Take note of your temps when you're seeing the stutters/lag, using HWMonitor. Make and models of your SSD's? Make and model of your ram kit?

What OS are you working with? Try and uninstall your purchased antivirus and see if the issue persists. FYI, Windows Defender should be more than plenty, provided you're practicing healthy browsing habits(and you don't click on unnecessary or shady links on the www).

impossible to record while using my pc, it randomly occurs sometimes it even doesnt thats why i got paranoid and suspected someone is remotely watching my pc and hopefully thats not the case.

Its impossible the cause is temps too as it occurs even just browsing with no games.
