Random Lags Because of GPU?

My system is new i have build this 2 months back was working fine the performance and all
all of sudden the i have noticed the system is lag or freeze for a 1-2 sec when watching movies or working or even typing even when now when typing this it has happened 2 times
I have tried many things
changing display port from 1060 to 1070ti for moniter
tried formatting windows
tried reset bios
and few other things
have noticed the CPU and ram is low
Asus Strix F Gaming Intel I5-8600K@5 Ghz NZXT Kraken X62 Cooler 2x8GB GSKILL RGB 3000Mhz MSI GTX 1070TI TITANIUM &Asus Strix GTX 1060@6GB

have disabled the OC for now


i have noticed this is the point where system is lagging what could be the cause of it?

Why on earth do you have two GPU's on your system? The GTX1060 doesn't have SLI support. Remove the GTX1060 then proceed to uninstall and reinstall your GPU drivers with the latest from Nvidia. What is the make and model of your PSU?
