Question Random Max GPU Clock and GPU Memory Clock ?

Hello so today i just swapped from a Sapphire Nitro+ Rx570 to a Palit GTX 1660 Ti Dual OC and i did the necessary things such as driver installation, DDU and Furmark ( Second hand GPU swaps rule-ish). Everything looks fine but im noticing a random spike for both the gpu clock and memory clock. GPUz photo attached below. All games are fine except Borderlands 3 where it suffers fps drops even if i cap it at 60fps

Maybe you could try to set the power management mode to adaptive on nvidia control panel?
