Random Media Playing with no media open?

I have really quiet music playing in the background and there is no media open, windows media streaming is turned off and I checked volume mixer and nothing was there, I even turned off the volume and it was still playing. Please help!!

What does it sound like? Would you have this music/noise somewhere in your media libraries/game libraries? Might not be malware and instead be a bug in windows media center. Also, are you sure it's coming from your PC? Disable the audio device and see if it still happens. It seems unlikely that the sound would keep playing after muting it.
