Hi all,
I recently purchased a clevo w350etq le2 with windows 8 on a SSD disk and with a 500gb hdd as storage.
When I'm watching videos on youtube or videos/music using windows media player or sometimes even in games, my computer randomly make quick mouse freezes and a weird audio crash and noise. I searched a bit and found some videos on youtube with a similiar behaviour. ( http://youtu.be/XSwPtJkK4XM http://youtu.be/-HObc6grV_w )
Is it a windows 8 problem? Is it hardware failure? Is it a driver problem?
Does anyone knows the solution?

Thanks in advance!

note: It usually happens more often when I have my utorrent on.
note2: my computer specs:
Intel® Core™ i7 3630QM
16GB DDR3 1600MHz (2x 8GB, Unbuffered, 1.5V)
NVIDIA GTX 660M 2GB GDDR5 intel hd 4000 1x Samsung 120GB Sata3 SSD (Serie 840)

Heyas,
Hmm The action center and device manager are fine. I didn't knew about the event viewer, looks quite good to trace problems. However I see nothing related there.
I saw a thread with a similiar problem:
http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3517/t/19414706.aspx

Tried to update my intel driver but the website says they are up to date. however my graphic driver wasn't up to date but it didn't solve the issue.
Any ideas? :)

Hi all,
thanks for all the reply, I tried to check hardware conflicts, update to latest updates and had no results.
I sent the laptop back to the store and they performed many hardware tests detecting no faulty hardware, so they reinstalled windows 8, installed latest drivers and sent it back. 1 day after I noticed the problem again...
I sent the laptop back again, and this time they found no issue and installed windows 7 instead of 8 with latest drivers. several weeks passed and no sign of the problem. I will assume it was some driver conflict with windows 8 which I cant tell which.

solved.
