Random numbers being typed rapidly

My PC has recently started to type random sequences of numbers over and over again to the point of it slowing it down drastically because it does it so rapidly. The numbers are anything between a sequence like 203. to just a single number over and over again, this doesn't stop until i press another key. It isn't the keyboard because it lights up when a key it detects a key is pressed. I also cannot use any numbers on the numpad, but can use num lock, /*-+ and enter. I haven't spilled anything on it and i took the keys off and cleaned them up. My mouse will also start to scroll down very quickly with no way to stop it except to wait for it to end.
I updated my drivers and did a scan for viruses and everything is up to date and there are no viruses. I have no other ideas for what could be the problem.

The only way to really rule out the keyboard is to try another one, did you do that?

I also have the same problem and I checked my keyboard by using another one and got the same problems still.
