Random Nvidia Driver Crashes?

I got a 750ti ftw edition and it runs great! The only issue is that sometimes when playing games, the driver will crash and then recover, causing the game i am currently playing to crash. It is very frustrating to have this happen in a make or break situation in say... league of legends ranked games! I didn't know if there was a fix or if I had to talk to evga about the problems I am having. If anyone could tell me if they had the issue and then fixed it, I would be very happy!

Check the gpu temps while gaming. Make sure the fans are spinning. You have the extra power supply cable attached right (and a power supply sufficient enough to run it)? If its faulty you may need to rma it for another one.

I don't think the problem is that hardware.. I think my card is fine. The fans are spinning at 42-44%, and it stays below 50 Celsius while under a 99% load so I don't think it's overheating. My power supply is more than sufficient, as the card draws next to no power.

Could it be a software issue?
