Random occurrence of high ping in games

So I was playing rocket league and later after i logged back in its been really high ping just randomly happened why did this happen and should i just restart my router to fix it or what?
Also this happened on minecraft as well and been going on for 3 hours restarted my pc but nothin and goodle and youtube is perfectly fine speed I use an Ethernet

It's probably your ISP. What type of internet connection do you have? And don't say ethernet, that's not an option.
