Random Occurrences of no POST

When my PC is set to default settings in the BIOS I have no issues booting (fans spin fast for a second then slow down, i get a beep, and begins to start windows.) However, when I change the settings in the BIOS and overclock my CPU, the problems begin. When I turn my PC on in the morning, or sometimes restart, the fans only spin slowly (not high pitched sound like faster RPM), I get no display and no POST beeps... I cannot pinpoint this issue because it does not happen every boot but it does occur a majority of boots. One more thing probably relating to the issue, when the no post does happen, it will boot after a few tries (which requires me to unplug the power because holding the power button does not shut down) and go to the BIOS where it says there was a boot error detected and displays that my CPU speed is 0.00Ghz.
Also, i can change the clock speed from what its set to (4.4ghz) to 4.3Ghz and it boots fine... next time it wont boot, i simply have to change back to 4.4 Ghz...
My System:
CPU: FX-8320 4.4Ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA990fxa-ud3 rev4
Cooler: Corsiar H105
RAM: ADATA XPG V2 8GB 1600Mhz
GPU: GTX 770 (not overclocked)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 80+ Bronze
OS: Windows 7 x64 Home Premium

Thanks for any answers to this problem, it is very annoying and I hope not to break any of my components

That means the ocing is not stable. Here is the ocing guide. http://www.overclock.net/t/1348623/amd-bulldozer-and-piledriver-overclocking-guide-asus-motherboard As I know the fx8320 will run fine at 4.4ghz, just try read the guide and try oc again.
