I have recently built a new PC
CPU: Ryzen 1300x
Motherboard: ASUS Strix B350-F Gaming
Ram: Micron Ballistix Sport 2x8gb 2400mhz
SSD/HDD: 960 evo, force 3 120gb, barracude 2tb, wd blue 500gb
GPU: RX460
PSU: RM550x
Chassis: Jonsbo UMX4
OS: Win 10 Pro 64bit
Now my problem is that sometimes all of a sudden the monitor just goes black and gives me the "no signal", also any sound, like music also stops. The pc seems to run as fans spin and leds are on but if I hold the power button for few seconds it does not turn off, I need to use the power switch on the PSU. I have tried using a different cable for monitor but that doesnt seem to be the issue.

Anyone know what the problem could be? Faulty motherboard or maybe m.2 ssd?
Thanks

Right, so I updated the motherboard bios(forgot to do it after got all other drivers, whoops), will see if it helped or not, if not then I will try the repair install as you suggested.

Right so it happened again, I noticed that the keyboard backlight turned off, which makes me think that it is motherboard issue. PSU could but I don't think so as the pc doesn't lose power but any interaction requiring the motherboard seems to not work, hence why the case power button doesn't work probably. I will try the repair install this time and might also contact asus.

So I've done the windows reset, I also uninstalled Asus AI suite, somehow the AI suite uninstall seems to have helped... I've only tested for a day and half so can't be sure until I use it for a few more days. Any idea why it could've fixed it?
