Hi there I have been playing high intensive games lately such as rust, After a while of playing I will randomly get a blue screen or the application closes itself. Not sure if this is due to overheating but my temperature for CPU doesn't go above 90 Celsius maximum and is usually around 80, my GPU temps are very mild below 60 in most cases, I am unsure why this is happening. Recently my CPU, Motherboard were replaced. I had an issue like this before in my old thread where during most games my mouse and keyboard and monitor would turn off but changing my motherboard and CPU seemed to have fixed this. Any idea why this is happening again? Could it be due to faulty ram or a GPU problem? If so is there any tests I can do and put the error logs in here to help make things easier. I also checked event viewer I seem to get a critical kernal-power during the crass error but that just says 'The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.'

specs:

CPU: R9 5900x
CPU Cooler: black rock 2
Motherboard: ASUS Prime b450m k-II
Ram: Corsair vengeance 4x DDR4 16gb 3600Mhz
SSD/HDD - M.2 western digital SSD and 1TB external SSD
PSU: RM850x
OS: W10 pro

You might want to take note of the VRM area on that motherboard, I wouldn't have dropped in a Ryzen 5950x on a board like that with a naked VRM. In fact you should've looked a higher end motherboard to pair with your 5950x.

Some of your parts can't be listed right.
Pure Rock 2 Cooler?
The motherboard only has 2 memory slots you have 4 sticks listed.
No video card listed.

As above that is not a board I would use with that high end processor.

Hi sorry it was the A-II with 4 slots, I had 2 variants I always get mixed up with them, also im not sure but it could either be memory or GPU. I changed my RTX 3070TI to my 1650 super and it has been running fine without the crashing, but then again im not sure what it could be.
